Through the years, I have teamed with numerous men and women of all ages and fitness levels, no matter where they live around the US. My online and in-person programs have proven to be successful both near and far. Now is your time to put your health first!   • Nationwide Online Coaching

    • Virtual coaching open to men and women 18+ living in the US.

    • A virtual meet and greet is highly encouraged to meet, discuss goals, and explain how the programs work.

  • Individualized Weight Loss and Muscle Building Programs

    • Programs are tailored to the client; no cookie cutter plans, ever.

  • Prenatal and Postpartum Program Expertise

    • Both chapters in a woman’s life can be confusing when it comes to what is approved and not during this time. Stay active and healthy while pregnant and/or postpartum, working within the limitations of these populations.

  • Tailored Meal Plans

    • Meal plans are tailored for the individual, including those following specific eating styles (e.g., vegetarian, pescatarian).

    • Flexible plans preferred for a balanced lifestyle.

  • Men’s and Women’s Fitness/Bodybuilding Competition Prep Programs

    • Whether it’s your first show or you are an experienced competitor, Allie has 15+ years of extensive knowledge and expertise with training men and women who are preparing for stage.

  • 1-on-1 Competition Posing

    • This is a critical aspect to the full package when preparing for a competition. Coaching offered to competitors looking to perfect their stage presence. Preferably in person, but can be arranged virtually.

  • Photo Shoot, Wedding, or Other Event Prep

    • No matter what your event is, Allie will work with you and the time frame you have when preparing for an important event. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event; optimally 12-16 weeks for best results.

  • Body Fat, BMI, and Body Measurements

    • Allie offers baseline and progress measurements for body fat, BMI, and full body. It’s not mandatory to be a client of Allie’s to have this service.
